A Whole New World

Sometimes the most profound experiences in prayer come from the strangest sources. I had always thought of "A Whole New World" as a textbook cheesy song. Until I watched the live-action version of Aladdin and was somehow completely swept off my feet. The character of Aladdin, without any intention mine, became for a moment a profound image of Jesus holding out His hand to me, love in His eyes, and inviting me on an adventure.
